Kate Lyman

I’ve spent over a decade in the fitness and nutrition industry and am the founder of a thriving, evidence-based nutrition coaching practice. My work centers on helping busy professionals — often balancing demanding careers, families, and health goals — build sustainable habits that actually fit real life.


I hold a BS in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Public Health with a focus on behavioral health and nutrition education, along with certifications as a Health Education Specialist (CHES), Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and Menopause Coaching Specialist. I’m currently continuing my education in neuronutrition.


My approach is practical, behavior-focused, and rooted in science... not quick fixes. I’ve been featured in podcasts, magazines, and corporate health seminars, and I lead a close-knit global team of coaches from Oaxaca, Mexico, where I also enjoy travel, spikeball, and really good food.

Michael Ulloa

I am an Online Personal Trainer and Performance Nutritionist. I have worked within the fitness industry for over a decade and have worked with clients in over twenty five different countries.

The fitness industry is built around quick fixes that don't last, and I am fed up of seeing people struggling with ill-advised diet plans and poor exercise advice. 

With a background in Occupational Therapy, I take a holistic approach to client care. I ensure that every aspect of a client's life is considered when designing their exercise and nutrition programmes. 

 

I am a content creator, speaker, podcaster and fitness writer, having contributed to many major publications.
